my balance

Today was a new adventure and a good one at that. I wish I had felt better but we got the most out of it. We ventured forth into Southern IL, down crazy back roads to find the somewhat hidden wonder of Bell Smith Springs, part of Shawnee National Forest.

It was hard to pick just one for blip but I chose this one for a few reasons. My walking stick reminds me of where I grew up and old friends. And at this particular moment I was in place that reminded me of them more than any I've seen out here.
