Really enjoyed Body Torque this morning. Light weights and lots of chatter too. Just as well as I then spent time unblocking the outlet to the washer.

Out for a walk with Jet. Since he had some dental treatment he seems to have had a new lease of life. The only give away is the increasing number of white hairs. Good to see him still scaling this style even though he is thirteen. Hope I am as agile in my old age.
