Life In Wales

Llynau Creggenan

We drove to Llynau Creggenan this morning as it was recommended to us by my friend Clare - what a great suggestion it was too!  It's National Trust land and well off the beaten track and set high up in the mountains so has amazing views over Barmouth.  It was very quiet and had free parking too!

We had a nice walk around the lake and then went back to Bertie Bus where we pulled out the canopy and got the chairs out, and I warmed soup for lunch on the kitchen.  A couple came over to have a look at Bertie and had a chat with us as they were very interested in what Alan's done with the kitchen pod etc.

Another lovely, relaxing day, following by a Thai meal and a bottle of Austrian white wine a the cottage this evening.
