This and that out our back door

today hmmm... it went. Highlight was a visit from some friends who live in Vancouver but were here visiting this fair city. Waited all day for a call from the doc. Didn't happen. Good thing it isn't urgent at the moment. This province, likely the whole country, is struggling with labor shortages. Dialing 911 for emergency got some people up to a 13 min wait on the weekend!!! Usually 30-60 sec. The services we have come to expect and the infrastructure we have built to support out lives is not sustainable with the new reality. More stress!!! Worn out now. To bed early.
