Diving cake

We are away at the weekend for a diving trip up the Sound of Mull. One of the divers is celebrating her birthday on the Saturday as well. As a result this is her cake.

This is a late posting of the blip as she is also on my Facebook page and if I had posted it earlier she would have seen it.

The cake went down well and managed to feed the boat for a day and a half. Not bad I think since I can't remember the last time I bakes Swiss rolls.
