Where’s The Road?

Today I was up early and on the ferry to Southampton for a day of Christmas shopping with my sister. We had a lovely time (we always do!!)
In the West Quay shopping complex we came across this vehicle. The man had loud music blaring out from two speakers but there was nothing to tell us what it was all about.
It does me good to leave my quiet backwater sometimes to witness what goes on in a big city!
