Dahlia

I have seen a few people blipping their late flowering dahlias this week and here is mine. I bought the plant for 99p in a local garden centre in August as it was deemed to be past it’s best. It had some nice flowers for a few weeks then seemed to have finished but in the grey, wet, Glasgow weather this week it has produced this beautiful bloom to cheer up the garden!
