Tarantula

This guy came cruising across our patio this morning and started climbing our scene door. I quickly got my camera to document his pretty colors. By the time I returned he was on our way and still going up. After the photo session was over, I got a bucket and broom so I could safely take him to the jungle adjacent to our complex which is where I imagine he came from originally. There is no sense of scale here (because who wants to get too close) but he was easily the size of an outstretched hand.
