Autumn Lunch

We invited friends for lunch today. We haven’t seen each other since the first lockdown last year so we had a lot of catching up to do. It was a wonderful day and I relished the opportunity to finally cook for someone. I made slow roasted Moroccan lamb with couscous, grilled Aubergine and capsicum salad with spiced yoghurt. Dessert was Ktefa (layered pastry and custard) with dried apricot and pistachio ice cream. We finished off with traditional mint tea. No Photos were taken of the food so I am blipping one of Hubby’s dinner jacket serviettes (see extra for original) as a multiple exposure for Abstract Thursday. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
