Lemon Polenta Cake

Sometimes I make cakes on a Thursday because we take food on a Friday morning for breakfast in the clubhouse  after our swim . Polenta cake is gluten free which means everyone can eat it. 

Then I was told we are going to a café tomorrow so now I've got the whole cake to myself. Yum.
