Minsmere

We spotted a sign to RSPB Minsmere a couple of days ago and decided to visit today.  We didn't bring our bird-watching gear with us so were seriously under-equipped compared with most of the visitors.  There weren't many birds around.  I think the best seasons are Spring for the nesting birds and Winter for the over-wintering  birds.  But it's a wonderful peaceful spot with the wind rustling through the rushes and the waves crashing on the beach.
