Well this was a first: daughter was moving the laundry from the washer to the dryer and she saw something move…..it was a snake!!!!! No idea about how it got INTO the washer, but there it was!!!
She called the police and they sent out an animal control officer who removed the snake (a benign corn snake) and took it away in a covered plastic bucket. This is the daughter who moved here August of 2020 and is now wondering “where am I living???”
Extra is the officer who came to get the snake out ou of the washing machine.
