Fly like a butterfly

Managed to get out to boxing tonight as Joni had decided to give her classes a miss. It was a brilliant atmosphere tonight, lots going on and an intense circuit to finish the evening of skipping and bag work off. A tough session and a cold cycle home. We watched 'Flight' tonight, and if you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a favour as its great!
