A bit of a tradition.  

My mum died 8 years ago today.

There will always be a bottle of bubbles to celebrate her life.

And someone will be the recipient of a Random Act Of Kindness.

This was taken in the garden at just after 4 this afternoon - imagine sitting out in October and not freezing.
