The trees

After a lazy morning we took Murphy and Willis to Micheldever Wood. We walked a different way around the wood and we didn’t see anyone else until we were approaching the car. The trees still have their leaves. We saw a large bird flying between the trees. We think that it was buzzard and then a deer crossed our path.

The monkey puzzle tree that I’d planted in the garden isn’t doing very well so we’ve moved it into a pot. Hopefully it will do better. When J moves out he can take it with him.

We’ve then cooked dinner together.
