New tights!

After sorting my wardrobe recently I wanted to buy some coloured tights to brighten the winter days. I've heard good reports of Snag tights so I thought I'd  give them a try. I love to wear a skirt or a dress with lovely bright thick tights but so often find them really uncomfortable. Fingers crossed these will do the job. I'll report back after a day of wearing!
A busy coffee morning at the village hall today. We had to send out for extra supplies of baps and milk! The community shop did well too. 
I spent a restful afternoon cutting up fabric from my stash into squares ready for making patchwork aprons. My dress is cut out ready to sew but I didn't have the mental capacity to be sure I wouldn't make mistakes. It's been a busy week. I think I'll start that next week when I'll be doing less socialising!
