Beech Tree

This is one of the beech trees that hangs over the burn in the wood at Shell Bay.  In fact, it is not just hanging over, it is leaning very badly.  The banking has fallen away so steeply here that all the trees are leaning at a pretty acute angle.
I liked that I could get fresh green leaves and fallen brown leaves in the one shot.

It was very damp in the wood this morning.  It wasn`t actually raining while we were there but there were so many drips from the trees that it felt like it.
