It’s back

Early walk before breakfast and then a few jobs. Decided to walk into town for a coffee and a look into a couple of bookshops late morning. It was a drizzling but our favourite place has very large parasols out back so headed for there. What a surprise when I walked round the back to find the marquee was back and the heaters on and lovely lights. One of the owners came out to clear tables and I told her how lovely it was, she said it saved the business last year and so many people have continued to sit outside they thought it would be good to have it up again for the winter.
Off to Oxfam book shop, who don’t allow dogs in so Hetty and I stood outside, and then Waterstones, who do welcome dogs so we had a wander.
Packed a few things in the camper for our short trip this week, off tomorrow morning.
Think this will be the last trip in the camper this year but we still have a trip to Scotland and one to Wales booked, both in cottages.
