Monday: Garden Treasures

It rained all morning easing off by lunchtime, still warm 17°C and breezy.
I’d been looking for nuts on the twisted Hazel a few days ago and today, whilst taking a photo of next year’s catkins spotted 2 hazel nuts on the path, I’ve left them on the wall in the hope the red squirrel might come back!
Collected salad to go with my lunch and found 3 courgettes.
In the rather boring looking tub of compost in today’s Blip are the shop garlic cloves I planted 10 days ago - they’ve got going so quickly! You may be able to count 6 pointed green shoots, there are 11 altogether - 100% success rate :-)
Nasturtiums still going strong, so cheerful.
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
