Damp

About the only way to describe today really.

Busy day at work and the sale of the trust house finally completed today. Fortunately, the utilities and council tax only took about 15 minutes to cancel this afternoon as opposed to the 15 months for the sale!!! I think we had the world's slowest solicitor considering it was a cash sale with no chain and no issues with surveys and searches.
Also managed to fit in a laugh and catch up with a friend as well!
