Red and Orange.

Having the day off from the studio......giving my shoulder a bit of a rest. 

Had a massage in town, and because my wonderful Rae just had a baby girl about a week ago, i had to go to another therapist!   Christina was really wonderful but the actual massage time was a bit disrupted....for about half the session there was heavy duty loud drilling going on, not far from the room we were in!!!  I was pretty miffed to say the least, so i've sent a complaint to the Spa Manager......we'll see what kind of response i get!   It's kinda outrageous to have to put up with this....Christina said it has happened a few times and also they can see quite clearly when she is giving a treatment!

Another spectacular fall day here...the colours are magnificent.
