White-tailed eagle on Mull

Because these birds are so large you would think that they would be easy to photograph, but they are not. They are flying fast and they are flying high. Also, because you have no idea which direction they are going to fly in,  it is very difficult to guess the correct camera and exposure settings and you have to adjust the settings as you are trying to shoot. 

Yet again, I sat for hours watching this bird in a tree, and yet again it flew when I was least expecting it. This is a better photo than last time I took a photo of a white-tailed eagle, so as long as they keep improving, I am happy enough. 

The weather was better today and there wasn't as much rain.
