When I'm 64

I visited the excellent exhibition of Harry Hammond's 1950's & 60's pop star photos at Scarborough Art Gallery. The faces of those early, and in many cases now iconic pop stars, were often in settings which showed the remarkable changes in society since those times... musicians wearing tweed, neatly trimmed hair (though maybe scandalously long then), demurely dressed girl fans some in sensibly warm coats. Super stuff, but rock & pop music in retrospect has always given us a record of the times. What will we think of today's music stars in another 50 years..?
A big fan of Elliott Erwitt, I couldn't resist this moment, which reminded me of his pictures taken surreptitiously at art exhibitions.
