Ireland's anwser to Mrs Beeton

I spent the morning sorting out more stuff and rearranging cupboard. Still more to do, but then that is often the way it is.

Today's picture is of my new book, inspired by annieone who makes the most wonderful things. It seems like a comprehensive cookery and skills book, although I have only “read” the first few pages. There were no new ones available on Amazon when I looked, but this one was stated as “used but good”. I do not think it had every been opened, it is in perfect condition.

The temperature at GMT today in my home village was eleven degrees Celsius.
