Killiecrankie

We were off pretty early this morning. Our B&B last night was OK but parking was a bit** and we had to be out of the parking spot by 8am. We headed to Morrisons for petrol followed by breakfast and then it was off!
The weather was beautiful all the way so after a short wee stop at Stirling services we drove on to Killicrankie for a walk. Sis was really good company in the way (not!, she spent half of it nodding off) so the stop off was a surprise :-)
I thought the autumn colours on the trees would be lovely and the bird life near the visitor centre is always worth a stop.

Sis has now named it ‘KilliAndrea’instead of Killicrankie :-)
We arrived up in Evanton around 4pm which was good going, enough time for a cuppa before unloading and going for an essentials shop.
