Michaelmas daisies.

I had been sitting doing my cross-stitch for too long, and decided I should get out for a walk. It was sunny, but colder than it has been lately. My usual local road has been designated a diversion route because of road works in the centre of the village. It is a residential road and visitors park in the road which cause bottlenecks. This afternoon at one time it was a huge traffic jam with cars, lorries and even a bus backed up. It was school time producing extra traffic, I found it quite entertaining to watch all the goings on. I feel very envious when I read of some Blippers lovely country walks. I suppose I just need to get the car out.
Amid the chaos I spotted these Michaelmas daisies over a wall in a front garden.
