Ghost of Carrots Past

"Woo!"

I bought this carrot, amongst others, from the farmers' market on Sunday. I intended to use them as a trivet for roasting meat on to make a delicious gravy, so they would require only scrubbing, rather than peeling. However, I'd forgotten we already had carrots, so I ended up having to peel this ghost-shaped carrot after all. Tricky.
