Pumpkin

Today's the day ....................... to concentrate hard

We made pumpkin lanterns here today, ready for Halloween .

It was great fun too - and it made me think that it's actually a long time since I made one.  Tessa set to with the drawing of the face bit and was very particular about the sort of effect she wanted to have.  Then, it was my job to cut out all the eyes, mouth etc with the sharp knife.

It's going to look spectacular when the time comes to light it up and put it on display ....................!
