Lots of work!

The town and area were I was born in Italy is famous for its wine, mostly white.  In my town there is this sweet bread that we make with the grape juice.  A couple of years ago,  I got some wine grapes here in the US and pressed it to get the juice. Whatever I did not use then I froze, so that I could use it later.  Today I am spent the whole day in the kitchen making this sweets: it takes a long time because they need to rise - like a bread - but the result is amazing.  The extra shows the whole production.
