Autumn approaching

When I saw the strange anvil like cloud above the far end of the Golden Valley, I decided to grab my little camera as the westerly winds were driving the clouds swiftly away. This was the view from my desk at 9am. 

The varied colours of the trees' leaves dotted about the valley have started to turn. I like autumn but am not keen on winter's weather. But at least this view will always appeal.
