Bearley

It's been another dull'ish day.  I spent this morning, or what was left of it after I'd dragged myself out of bed and had breakfast, shower etc, making a warming chunky veg soup which we're having for tea.

This afternoon we 'did' another village, this one is Bearley off the main Stratford Birmingham Road.  A nice little village renowned,  apparently, for its award winning wines produced from a local vineyard.  It has a very large green by the church, which was founded in about 1200 but has been mainly rebuilt over the years.  There is a railway station but one has to cross the main road to get to it.

The picture is of Bearley's St. Mary's Church in an autumnal setting.
