Two Oaks

Three nights away in Long Sutton near Langport, Somerset..Weather lacklustre for whole time we where there but got out for lots of walks.  Saw these two oaks on a hill and despite the weather tried to capture them. Interestingly the farmer who owned the field stopped in his truck and told me his great grandfather had planted them too mark the start of the 20th century...he told me three oaks were planted but he had taken one down 20 year ago...He told me because of the position where they stand they got the full force of the weather there and subsequently had not grown as tall as expected.
