Very Strange

While out walking in Walton this morning, I passed a Café which had closed down sometime ago possibly in the first lockdown. 
This dummy sitting in the window, caught my eye, along with a very old menu sitting on the table, as the menu is all in old money.
I just had to ask myself, why.
