The common wasp and the Fatsia Japonica (or Paperplant).

In the autumn, if you want a wasp shot, then find this shrub and you will find it covered in wasps. I don’t know what it is, but I know yellow flowers are most attractive to wasps. Perhaps the growing shortage of flowers in the autumn means that these bright plants are a huge attraction.

They certainly manage to cover themselves in pollen too, just like the bees.
