Pie

It's pastry week on Bake-Off tonight - I knew this in advance, and knew it'd make me crave pie, so I made one for dinner :)

Busy work day, but again got a few things ticked off my to-do list.  Tim was off sick again; not feeling too bad, but not great either.  I messaged my boss this evening; she is sick with Covid and feeling properly awful :(
