Scuppernongs

Pronounced “Scuppa-non” down here in the south. It’s a bronze member of our native muscadine grape. Much sweeter than muscadines.
I’ve gotten behind again. We just seem to stay busy. And that is good. Our Colorado friends come next week for a few days. Then the Oregonians swoop in with extras for Thanksgiving. Then, the day Jessica puts them on a plane to fly back, she will head straight here and we head for Florida
For a couple of days. She and Johnny are getting memorial tattoos! I’m just taking the pictures and laughing! :—)) But, that’s a story for another day!
Raining here. A good steady drumbeat on the tin roof. Perfect sleeping weather.
