Looking a little chipped and faded

I try to avoid politics in my Blip, and I definitely never want it to become a covid diary...but I'm on call and current pressures are severe and unrelenting.

The ludicrous rubbish being peddled (with an obvious agenda) in the media about GP's and its inevitable effect on morale, recruitment and retention, the unprecedented patient numbers in both Primary and Secondary Care, the steady procession of unvaccinated Covid patients stopping us doing cancer surgery....

Solutions and mitigations are complex, but they do exist and I wish the Government and Media had our back whilst we try to fix this. The system isn't breaking, it's broken.
