A Couple Of Swells

This morning, we took the dogs to Haddo Country House for a walk.
The photo shows part of the Avenue leading up to the House.
I can almost imagine trotting up to the House in a horse and carriage.
Realistically, it is more likely to be a walk up the Avenue.
The words are from A Couple Of Swells from Easter Parade starring Judy Garland and Fred Astaire so very appropriate for Good Friday.
I find myself singing it, to myself, every time I am here.
Happy Easter everyone and I hope the Chocolate Bunny is good to you.
P.S. We almost could "skate up the avenue."
