See the diagonal tubes in this...Modern buildings in the Capital are designed for earthquakes and these diagonal beams are to be seen in all the modern buildings here. This building will be sitting on foundation isolaters  that allow the building to shake and not break and the diagonal bits stop the structure flexing.
