The bonny, bonny banks...

After a couple of weeks of very grey skies and some snow flurries even this morning the late afternoon light was perfect. From about 4pm the sun illuminated the peak of Ben Lomond and by the time I got to the southern end of the loch the highlights and shadows on the Ben were some of the loveliest I have seen.
