Blipcheat

I have been fighting a migraine today so have no Blip. Cheating by posting an image from last night. Mr L has nominated this as the standout dish of the evening.

The sheet of what looked somewhat like a lasagne sheet disguises the fact that underneath was a dished plate, not flat as it appeared to be... the waiter placed the dish, then cut the centre with a knife in order to add sauce.

It was a dish of escargots with Trompette de la Mort, the sauce was a thick and intense one made from trompettes.

We think that the covering blanket was actually made of egg white.
