Morning Glory Cooking Class Hoi An

My birthday morning was spent having a group cooking class which was lots of fun. We cooked noodle soup with prawn dumplings, made fresh spring rolls, marinated chicken thighs and made a mango salad to go with it. The blip is of the pancake roll we made with prawn, rice noodles and vietnamese herbs. It was all delish even tho I made it :)
