Southport 3 Chester FC 2

No late drama this afternoon as Chester put in a worrying performance  and lost 3-2. So much for challenging at the top of the table. It is beginning to look more like a relegation battle and I can't argue with the result.

On the positive side we had the usual good morning geocaching in Birkdale and Southport before a visit to one of our regular favourite pubs, the Tap and Bottles in Southport. I was also entertained by Rick's story of going along to photograph Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney at Wrexham this week
