Yummy!

We were given some cooking apples so what better thing to make than a local Guernsey apple cake called Gâche Mélée (pronounced gosh melay). I used my Mum’s recipe which is in her handwritten recipe book of lots of things she made for us as a family when I was growing up. Even our sons have used recipes from it. I must take her a piece!
