I do not like this time of year.  The clocks go back and mentally I'm now preparing myself for months of darkness.

At least I have tomorrow off.

The sweets are a limited edition from the firm Haribo, and now it's time for a little cultural diversion.  Haribo was founded in 1922 by Hans Riegel in Bonn. That sort of info may come in handy in a pub quiz. Lots of people here use short versions of their names on Social Media - it's a real thing.  

These sweets are from a pack known as Almdudler.  I had no idea what an Almdudler was and I can now tell you it's a soft drink much loved in Austria.

It's nearly 2:30 and it feels like it's getting dark.
