Chocolate meringue cake

Apparently it was meh. A lot of work on youngest's part just to achieve meh but it's all good learning.

Youngest also wanted to make spring rolls but ran out of time so I ended up making them. They were definitely not meh. They were amazing! 

I had the pleasure of tidying everything up and that was less than meh :-/
