Autumnal brightness

Feeling a bit flat and tired after my weekend I set off for my usual Monday walk, with the sun and autumn colours trying to lift my spirits. Can't say they worked to be honest but miles better than wind and rain, even the chocolate cake didn't hit the spot / the strawberries did though :-) Good to be out in the fresh air.
Home for a rest and to catch up on some tv (strictly and the Larkins).
Pasta for dinner and I'm hoping to get a proper sleep tonight.
