Why have a statement on the list?

It was a beautiful and frosty morning that greeted me today. Having organised running gear before I slept reduced the potential excuses I could use to convince myself to not run.

I was still later than I hoped leaving home but that and the recent clock change meant that it was just getting light which, in turn, meant that I could run by the river instead of being restricted to roads with street lights.

The light at sunrise was fabulous and I was tempted to share a picture of the sky but this sign is new and it will be interesting to record progress.
