Vitamins

So I spoke to my gp today because I have been slowly losing my hair… not drastically but enough for me and my husband to notice, which has been going on for a couple of months.

My gp told me that for healthy hair growth iron levels need to be above 100… a healthy range can be up to 350. My last blood tests were in February and they were only about 34.

So she advised intake iron supplements for a while and some multi vitamins and go from there.

I have been slightly worried because my grandmother had alopecia twice but I will take her advice and go from there!!
