Closeup

It’s such a dark afternoon that I decided to choose a colourful section of a painting I did a while ago, inspired by a walk above Grasmere in the Lake District. Having said that, I do love the coziness when the days draw in.
I spent the morning sorting knitting needles at the refugee centre. Jo was teaching Fatima to use the magic loop, something I haven’t yet tried.
D and I read a chapter of Tinker Creek. He was helping me search for my wool socks and came upon our photo albums (stored in a high cupboard). We will have fun going through them; it’s been a while.
